Musical packging mistakes?

    Do you know of any mistakes that have been made by shipping companies when it comes to packaging albums for distribution? I may be wrong here, but I think that I ran accross a major one. I purchased an album only to recieve 2 copies of the same CD in one case! I shit you not, & I'm not complaining at all. It's an awesome error made in my favor. But Interscope accidently jipped themselves out of money! :eek:hmy:

    This could possibly have been done on purpose, I suppose.... but seriously doubt that. There is no "clean" version of the album. The 2 CDs are exactly alike.

    not with CD's, but i ordered some drum stands last year and they sent me an extra on by mistake :D
