my dinner

    2 carrots
    1 lettuce leaf
    1/2 small potato
    ^^all steamed.

    during the day i had breakfast
    1/2 cup of special K

    and nuts as a snack

    :( :hug: you need to eat more. your body is not getting the nutrition it needs.

    The food you're eating is healthy. Just the quantity is low.
