Hi,

Have read all the rules and am a bit scared of saying the wrong thing or upsetting anyone or posting in the wrong place.

I've been doing badly and I found this site while looking for methods although I don't think I want to go down that road. I'm not very good at sticking at things so I may be a sporadic poster but I thought I'd join up anyway as a positive step.

I've been reading a few posts and I just want to send my good wishes to everyone - I know there are people worse off than me.

Thank you everyone.

I went to the Doc and a relationship counsellor today. The biggest part of why I feel so bad is cos of marriage breakdown. Am starting on venlafaxine, hope it will help.
