My innermost voice moaning and whining

When i try to realx, my innermost voice comes out and out loud and moening says "stop it, please stop it!".

this means that if im not busy with something my head keeps working on "how to stop it" in the real world.

and when im relaxed i cant stop moving, moaning and saying "stop it" in whiny voice.

im so sick of it, i truly have no rest.

my only rest and peace will be when im dead.

im so sick of it all.

how do i stop those voices?

PLEASE I CANT HOLD ON MUCH LONGER THIS WAY

a few things. there are many different resources for out there that might help. It does matter what you are interested in of course and what kind of time you have. I think if you can make time for yourself to feel better and use different resources effectively then everything else will become easier.
This past week I watched parts of this doctor talks summit on medicine & mindset («« link to page) which teaches an abundance of priceless and actually life changing knowledge that is available to everyone. It’s a good place. Basically chronic stress can mean the sympathetic nervous system (the part that says fight flight or freeze) does not always properly shift to the parasympathetic nervous system (that gives you the ability to rest & digest.) for the chronically ill this is a very serious issue. basically anytime something is stressful, the mind recalls a similar time and it comes up with the same answers. That is a lot like feeling stuck. you can learn new techniques. they might be different for each person, but some good examples are journaling or engaging in calming activities. That voice that says I’m not safe for example is primal and meant to protect you but understandably the wiring can just go haywire for so many reasons, stress, not enough sleep, processed foods. eating too soon before falling asleep, not drinking enough good quality water, and especially environmental toxins. I would know.
You can make changes. Just one thing at a time. You can strengthen that voice to be kind and tell you that you’re safe, you’re in a safe place, it does take work and asking for help is an amazing step. When you feel anxious remember that voice is not you it is just your thoughts. There is a lot of info out there for one person you know? The mind, body, soul are the things that make you and they each take a little bit of work to work together. Dance therapy, yoga, quigong, these are a few ways to help the body help the mind. I was severely depressed and I was looking for answers everywhere, which was good sometimes but kind of a mixed bag. I have heard it been said but now I know it is possible to change your thoughts. Shouldn’t people be able to learn and grow from themselves and from others? You can use meditation or hypnotherapy. Try to think about what you are grateful for, what challenges your beliefs. Try not to look at your phone when you first wake up (if you are like me.)
I was chronically ill for most of my life and if I could begin my healing journey over I’d probably talk to a nutritionist first and different specialists. There is so much good and helpful information available to put into practice. Drinking half your body weight in ounces of water is really beneficial, this nourishes the cells. every cell in the body is fifty percent water. You can look it up. There may or may not be a magic cure, but there has to be relief for each individual person. I count myself as one too. Please message me if you want to. I can send you info on book to check out.

i read the link and the whole post. no doubt theres a lot of info and books from which one can learn but i was looking for something more immediate.

i went to the MHC and they should correct meds therapy tomorrow so that i can sleep and then next week they should help me with my ana stuff.

hopefulyy i'll feel better

I hope that you get that and that you will be get where you are feeling better.

EVERY SINGLE DAY IM WAKING UP WONDERING TO MYSELF "WILL THIS BE THE DAY?"

no, of course not... then when?

i would so like one day to feel free to answer myself "yes dear, the time has come, you can go on... go ahead"
