I wanted to share this with you because it's helped me so much. I haven't made a post in a long time because I'm in a much difrent place in my life and my new goals are totaly difrent so theres not much point in me hanging around here much anymore. The thing that changed in my life is I've started emotional though blocking and every day I feel a bit less. I don't recomend this at all if you think this might be the right thing for you to do also then give it a good long time to think about and if you have any doubt in your mind about it then forget about it. that all being said there is my mantra: I am the stone at the bottom of the river, I do not float, I am not washed away, I do not feel, I am the stone at the bottom of the river. I say this over and over whenever I feel sad or happy or anything really and when I feel extra overwhelmed I add at the end "all emotion passes by" hope you enjoy.
