Do you truly think you can control it? A good way to prove that YOU are in control of your weight is to eat a healthy balanced diet, just to prove that you can. If you can't, then the chances are that you are not in control, but an illness is.
It's a very cunning illness that makes you think you are in control when really it is. Do you have any professional support?
I know that feeling Fear, where the only control is whether u eat or not; but hun there are other controls. How about whether your a vegetarian or not, being fit..starving will ultimately destroy your body and I am so worried for u.
