White Dove, your your own worst enemy!

So im my own worst enemy. another mistake i have done or rather continue to do.

" Dont PM again, you need professional help """

Well, duh.. you wont get a pm from me ever again hunny. yes, i probably do need some professional help, but cant get professional help without state insurance when the state wont let you have it and your broke. So meds might help me to control my thoughts huh? well then why dont the stupid state give me some insurance so i can get the help i need.. i tell you why? cause they either dont think im really seriouse or they dont give a damn and in either case it sometimes takes an act to prove something.

so im my own worst enemy, because? i am seeking support, seeking help at a online forum, seeking friends, seeking assistence, and posting my thoughts. yep im my own worst enemy.. best thing to do is to take the enemy out, namely me..

You may be your own worst enemy, but I think you don't need to hurt yourself to get rid of it... seeking for help, already helps keep yourself/enemy under control at the most, so life can be manageable. And you're already doing that. I dunno if that made sense, but I'm sorry someone had said that to you.

    Hey White Dove,
There are always bad apples in the barrel no matter how you want to put it, there is good and bad. I suggest you put those people who said those things to you on your ignore list and then you won't have to listen to them. You have come here for support and you have made friends here. Don't let them drive you off. If you have to repeat things then by all means repeat them. I would much rather you did that than harm yourself. I will always be your friend and you already know I will listen to you!! Take Care!!~Joseph~

WD, there are many hospital outpatient clinics that have sliding scale fee schedules and some that provide services for free...if you call your local county health department, maybe you can be given a list of those services...also university settings have centers similar to these...big hugs, J

we are ALL our own worst enemy to a degree.. you are not unique there..
can you get medicaid? there are charities that offer help free .. have a look on google in your area. also samples can be a cheaper way to get meds but make sure they are prescribed properly first..
there is no shame in needing prof help anyway.. but v hard to access in a country without free healthcare. even so there are ways. please look for charities and support agencies that are free or v cheap.
no need to take yourself out no.. you are trying to change your approach and that is great. you posted an apology here etc.. that is great. you don't need to talk to people who are negative to you but also remember everyone here has problems and maybe cannot always cope.

you are very quick to say you will kill yourself when something upsets you.. i understand that. but just stay strong and continue working on yourself, it is all any of us can do. we are all works in progress
