Okay, so I've been diagnosed with GAD and OCD, but now my therapists thinks I have panic disorder!

I looked up symptoms and stuff and it doesn't fit me at all!

The worst part is they won't listen to that!

How can I keep from being misdiagnosed?

That is ridiculous. It's always funny when a therapist tries to convince you that something's happening that isn't.
    I'd seek another therapist

I would by they're pretty booked so my next appointment isn't until February vacation.

However I have an appointment with my normal doctor this week to be prescribed new meds, I'll try telling the normal doc that.
