Really simple, just write down what you want to do/accomplish/see/etc, things you need to do to move on, you always dreamt/fantasized about, that you think will make you happy. I also think it should be positive things, because I think everyone 'secretly' rather has a nice life, do things they can enjoy than that they die. I also believe thats possible for everyone. Sorry, you might notice my number 1 now, be more positive >.< 1. I want to be more positive. 2. I want to pass college this year and the next years. 3. I want to date that guy. 4. I dont want to be depressed anymore. 5. I want to go somewhere, like a cabin in the woods and be alone for a while. Or travel around. Think I will learn so much about life, if I would do something like that 6. I want to lose at least 35 pounds, healthy way, not by an eating disorder again. 7. I want to accept myself and everything i have. 8. I want to be a damn good artist. 9. I dont want to feel like I need alcohol to do certain things. 10. I want to see northern lights, aurora's.
