need prayers and positive thoughts for my dogs

ANyone who wants to send me prayers and positive thoughts can really help me. I'm trying to see about having surgery done on either or both of my dogs. THe diabetic one is going blind very quickly due to bad cataracts and the other one tore the ligaments inside her knee and the surgery to fix it is very expensive, out of my range.

There is a very good veterinary college a hundred miles from me and I'm going to contact them to see if they could do the surgery on one or both as part of their teaching curriculum.

Your prayers and good thoughts would be much appreciated.
