need some kind of release!!!

    My god i've been muted for so long I feel so built up inside.. I don;t know how to release it. I feel like I want to smash a load of cars up or something, punch things. I'm starting to understand why people self harm. How can we keep all this inside for so long.. Arghhhhhh!

    Sorry im just feeling really miserable and alone.

    Release is the best word to describe EXACTLY what I need!

    -get some empty bottles and smash them hard in a trash can or not-busy street somewhere
    -scream as loud as you can (into a pillow or somewhere where there's not people around)

    let it out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    I've done most of them, some to a lesser extent than others being a guy (crying).

    I need something physical, maybe painful, because I feel so fake. I feel like I don't exist.

    Have you considered the gym or a contact sport like boxing? They too can be painful, albeit in a productive way ;)
