i am emon from bangladesh.i am graduated from geology with 2nd class .now i am doing MS. but the main problem is i am loosing my confidence on me.it seems to me that i can't do myself or i can't do anything.i am suffering from procrastination too.

please give the tips to boost my confidence on me!!!!!!
