urges are just too much I need to self harm and I don't know what else to do please help
You need to make a list of things you can do instead when you aren't quite as desperate. For example my list includes; reading, baking, sewing, knitting, coloring, cross stitch, going for a walk, and giving my dog a bath. I don't always do everything on my list but it is so long so that I can pick something to try. Your list can include any of these or none of these. Just try to brainstorm and come up with at least 3 things and then you can continue to add to it later if you come up with more things.
