Obviously, I'm currently depressed (which is how I found the forum).

    Going through a rough time.

    Could use some good vibes.

I'm not usually one to be bummed over relationship stuff.

But the guy I've been seeing who is in-recovery, himself, broke it off with me this weekend.

A complete over-reaction (he was sick AND three days with a cigarette) to an innocent situation.

And today I went to Aftercare at the hospital (peer-led support group) and seeing him there just brought up a lot of feelings.

    So I've been bummin'.

    And feeling really crappy.

Feeling a little better than I was a while ago.

Just been feeling really upset and hurt.

    Thinking stupid thoughts, etc.

how serious of a relationship was it? maybe try to get back together if thats an option. or maybe try to be good friends.

    Pretty serious relationship.

I dunno if we're going to get back together or not.

That's sort of up in the air, I guess.

It was just hard seeing him tonight.

Bipolar...he's also been clean for four years, etc.

It's nice to have someone that understands and encourages me to work on myself.

Who knows? Only problem is I dont know if it's better that we stay friends or not. Workin' through it with my therapist, though.

well its good you have a therapist!

Yeah. Told her about what happened, and we're working on it. So. I mean, that's a plus. Just hurts, in the meantime. Confused. Just not sure as to what's the right thing to do -- continue on with the relationship or just be friends. I've listed the pros and cons, written out what I need and want in a relationship, etc. But. I dunno. We'll see what happens.

I kind of explained the "break up" type thing in the Relationships section, if anyone cares to read what happened, I guess.
