hi everyone my names sally i don't actually suffer with depression and i know how lucky that makes me but my partner does so i am now her full time carer she also has physical disabilities and is now more or less permanently in a wheelchair i joined because sometimes theres times when i just need to rant i hope thats ok thanks for listening x

I know for a fact there are some good folks who will understand your story well.
