    it is the start of a new year, i just went 30hours without my crutch. I want to see how long i last without going near any of it.

    My affliction. Ive stayed away from it. in all forms. so far.
    now at 38 hours (i think)

    your awesome, to overcome any type of addictions is an awesome thing in life. See never thought you were this strong huh, I envy you.

    everytime you feel inclined to go towards it, sit down, take a couple deep breaths, and ask your heart and soul if it is what you really need, and then focus on the answer coming from your heart, you'll hear it if you keep focusing. if you have to keep coming back to this practice that's okay, but eventually you should have your heart working and communicating for your 24/7 so you don't forget why u should not go back but you already know and don't have to ask..
