I relapsed. It's been over a year since I self harmed. And it dosnt feel like enough I still want to do it more. I don't know what to do I have a therapy in a couple of hours. But I don't want to tell them, I don't them to put me away. Will they put me away for self harming?

I don't think they should put you away for self harming. Everyone relapses, it's alright. Of course, it's a horrible feeling. But you won't be able to really stop unless you really want to. I would tell them though. Because self harm mirrors one part of one's current state. Maybe they can help you find a way to refrain from self harm, this time for more than a year. You should stop self harming, even if it is a coping mechanism that your system has accept. And the first step to stopping is reaching out for help.

    Best of wishes ~
