I'm still struggling with everything. My grades.. My family.. My friends.. Nobody believes me. They all think that I'm set up for failure. My cuts.. Everyone thinks I'm clean.. I'm not.. I'm stuck in a dark place and I can't get out..

Hugs. Do you have a list of self harm distractions and alternatives. Maybe holding ice or writing or reading.

Thank you for joining us here at SF. I personally look forward to hearing about you and what has brought you to this corner of the web. I invite you to read my personal story below in green and just know you are not the only in pain. You are not the only one suffering. Everyone here is fighting their own battles. While you are here, you are safe. No one will harass you or insult you in any manner. That BS is not tolerated here. I hate to hear that you are suicidal. You must have a lot of stuff going on in your life for you to feel this way. Do you know why we feel suicidal? (I am suicidal too, btw) If you don't know would you like for me to explain it to you? I want you to promise me that if you ever feel like you are in danger of hurting yourself, you will take yourself to the nearest ER, and get the help you need. There is no shame in getting help.

I would personally love to hear more about you. What are your dreams? What do you want out of life? What issues do you think , you need help with? How can we help you get into a better place?

Feel free to PM/IM me anytime if you just want to chat or want to talk about something in a private manner.

    Take Care

Welcome to the forum. You are not a failure as you are just from all around you. It's ok to hurt. I am here to help YOU to survive. Please use ice or an elastic band as an alternative to self-harming.

Ok, you stuck in a rut. Tell your parents about your failures. Educational tests are not the be all or end all. Ok, you mucked up a few exams but you can go to college to do you desired career. There are alternative courses available.

You friends who you feeling are setting you up as a failure just keep away from them. Be around people you can trust such as your siblings and family. Your parents would truly miss you so it's ok to be scared.

I bet you go upstairs into your bedroom and cry your heart out. That's ok as we all do that here , so you among people who understand and care about you. I strongly suggest that you see a counsellor about the way you feel. It will help. We can help you in a text format but you need one to one contact. You are so young and you have the rest of your life ahead of you.

The exams don't mean anything and less important than life itself. I know it's hard to comprehend but we care about you hurting and being all alone. Just think there is someone in the world who really cares about you and wants to share your pain.

PLEASE REMEMBER YOU ARE NOT A FAILURE BUT JUST A FELLOW HUMAN BEING WHO IS HURTING AND NEED OUR SUPPORT WHICH WE CAN GIVE.

Lately I've been wearing an elastic around my wrist and when I flick it, it actually hurts, but there is no mark or scar. It helps deflect the need to cut. Maybe trying that would help relieve your stress a little bit?
