    Cath, whenever I talk about you to anyone, there is one phrase I almost always use.
    That phrase is "Cath has a heart of gold".
    you have touched a lot of people, and you've helped me a lot. I know I can trust you.
    Please be strong and hang in there.

    If you aren't worth nothing then why are there so many people reaching out to you. You do have friends. They will do what ever they can to help you get thru this. Please don't harm yourself!! I am suicidal also and I have to deal with it on a dailey basis. I will give you three coping skills.
    1)visualization- you picture youself somewhere beautiful and peace and quiet.
    2)positive self talk- it can be anything that is/has been in your life.
    3)controled breathing-if you use this with number one it will relax you.
