    Sometimes I feel like posting when I am feeling suicidal. So I write out a huge reply and by the end of it I feel less suicidal. Like posting it has relieved some things and helped me sort some things out. I think when I read all of what I wrote it gets easier for me to sort out why I feel that way and how to change. Even though I don't always completely change it still helps me thrive until the next breakdown. Weird...

    I sometime write "romantic" letters to people whose guts I hate (describing what I would do to them if i had them caught in a dungeon). Then I burn the letters and say a special prayer:

    Dear God, those morons are not worthy of a postal stamp. Please turn this smoke into acid rain and pour it to their heads. Amen.

    Sure feels better then :biggrin:

    Yep. That's why most of my rants/whatever are freakishly long, because it means I get all of it out of my head for that moment, helps, I think.

    Yeah I think it helps if you even type out how you feel. At least you are getting your emotions out.
