There might be things that you don't have.
But you can have them. Most won't be achieved easily, but can be achieved.
Lots of people suffer depression, lots of 20 year olds have problems, many with mental health problems.
Instead of focussing on what you don't have, maybe focus on what you do have. The positive things in your life. They will be there, you just have to see them, or want to see them.
Maybe also try improving your self esteem. Try googling 'ways to improve your self esteem' and that brings up a lot of different options. You can improve your self esteem and then see the good qualities about yourself.
I fully believe that everyone has hope, both people outside and on this forum have hope. Some people can see it, some people can't, some people need help to see it. But it is there. But YOU have to want to find it. Sitting and thinking about all you don't have won't get you anywhere. If you want to feel better, you have to try and do everything you can.
Keep fighting and you will get there if you want to.
What is it about you that you hate?
Have you tried to do positive things to make yourself feel better? To improve the things that you perceive need improving?
Maybe God wants you alive because He believes you have hope? And maybe he wants you to do something purposeful with your life?
What is it about your life that is so awful that it can't possibly change? That it is so horrific that it is permanent?
Why do you not have any hope?
I'm sorry, I am trying to help, because as far as I can work out, you posted reaching out to like minded people for help. Do you want help? For things to change? Are you willing to try and change things to make things better for yourself? If you put off your suicide, the option will still be there, but you will be giving yourself a chance to make things better and have the happier life that you deserve.
