There might be things that you don't have.
But you can have them. Most won't be achieved easily, but can be achieved.
Lots of people suffer depression, lots of 20 year olds have problems, many with mental health problems.
Instead of focussing on what you don't have, maybe focus on what you do have. The positive things in your life. They will be there, you just have to see them, or want to see them.
Maybe also try improving your self esteem. Try googling 'ways to improve your self esteem' and that brings up a lot of different options. You can improve your self esteem and then see the good qualities about yourself.
I fully believe that everyone has hope, both people outside and on this forum have hope. Some people can see it, some people can't, some people need help to see it. But it is there. But YOU have to want to find it. Sitting and thinking about all you don't have won't get you anywhere. If you want to feel better, you have to try and do everything you can.
Keep fighting and you will get there if you want to.
