Pacing about and going stir crazy

    Hi there, I am reaching end my tether for good, I know a breakdown is imminent cos have began pacing the floors and playing with my hands and fingers alot, a sure sign I am on the edge.
    I wondered if anyone had any tips to stop this, know its a silly ask, but I am scared of going over the top and having another breakdown and cant have that cos got noone to support me here, I live alone. Any suggestions, I just hate myself so much and also want to hurt myself.

    Are you working with a therapist or doctor right now? I think what you are experiencing are symptoms of a greater issue and they would be best solved through getting the care you need

    I think that they have some "stress ball" things that you can squeeze, that might help you feel better. Doing a sitting meditation practice with some long, slow, deep breathing. Maybe mantra repetition.
