Painted, smiling face(Mannequin of Ice)

    And now introducing; A poem with a title way too long compared to how short the actual poem is. Feel free to look at my other threads. And, if you're feeling like helping me get better, telling me I suck, or telling me that I'm awesome and you want my babies, please do comment.

    That was very good! My favorite part was "Be a good guest, be a good host.
    Be the star of the show".

    The way I interpret this, it's someone that's desperately trying to keep their cool ("ice") during all the pressure. By the end, they're praying they don't crack or burn ("and hope the ice doesn't melt"). They want to be perfect for everyone, the toy everyone loves. But they can't keep up the act forever.

    No. It's about pretending to be happy, pretending to be a nice, social guy(Painted, Smiling Face), while really being fake, cold, and dead. (Mannequin of Ice).

    But ice is always in danger of melting, so she must have some warmth inside after all.
