Today I had the second of what my teacher called a mini panic attack but I don't know if it actually was one?

Basically I started shaking and it got worse and worse until I could hardly walk, then my vision felt funny and my breathing got quicker which made me feel very dizzy like I was about to faint...

'Teacher' are you taking exams at the minute?
shaking, bad vision and struggling to walk is defiantly not normal. even for people who get very worried about things.
have you ever sought out professional help?

hope things get better

yes it was literally 5 minutes before I had an exam as well.... luckily they let me sit and do it alone somewhere instead of face a hall of nosey teenagers..

Mmm doubt its anything to worry about,

thanks

could be panic/anxiety attack. i have had them and they can be quite scary, my first one was really scary (and still can be) didnt think legs would hold me, dizzy, vision disturbance, couldnt breathe...happened mostly in shops and i would have to leave my shopping and rush outside to breathe.

but i would still get checked by a medic to get a definitive diagnosis as symptoms could be anything.

good luck with exams

it sounds like one.
just my opinion though im not a doctor.
and it was before your test so it sounds like it..
even though they can happen randomly at any time.
