I don't even know if this is the right forum to post in, but I can't be bothered to check
    I'm sorry!

I've been to the ER twice recently. Once on the 15th and once the 20th. On the 15th, they forced fluids and gave me adavan in an IV.
Then also prescribed xanax until I could go see my doctor.
Once I saw my doctor, he took me off of the xanax, and put me on zoloft.
He said zoloft takes a while to build up in the system, I didn't think anything of it.
That night, I had severe panic attacks lasting from 12:30 til 5am when I finally called my dad and he took me back to the ER.
There, they gave me two adavan pills and tried to get me to relax
They gave me a prescription for xanax and I slept the remainder of the day.
Now, tonight, I took a xanax after getting that panicky feeling
It's been well over an hour, almost two
And I'm still hyperventilating and feeling like I can't breathe at all
I haven't taken a zoloft, because I don't see how that's gonna help me considering it doesn't work right off the bat
    What should I do?
I can't wake my dad up, I'm afraid he'll get mad at me
OR he's gonna say there's nothing he can do
Please someone give me some advice
I have no clue how to get myself to calm down
All of this is relatively new to me

    wake up your dad.
as a father myself id never want either of my daughters to suffer in anyway!!!
he would have sat up worried when you were a baby and youre still that very same daughter who needs support.
all pain is relative to the person and if your panic attacks are causing you to suffer then id say its damn serious.
please seek out help. ive been where you are!!!

He came in that morning before he went to work, so we talked.
I went to see this odd psychiatrist who took me off the xanax and zoloft.
He put me on Remeron and Klonopin.
At first, it was 15mg of Remeron.
But he upped it when I saw I was suicidal.
So, now the Remeron is 30mg.
The klonopin is working really well.
    It's only 1mg, I think.
But it makes me lose my balance.
I think thats the side effect.
It makes me stumble around like I'm drunk basically.
