panic

    Having a lot of anxiety tonight. Not so pleasant. I'm stuck, I don't know what to do. My mind won't stop, overwhelmed with many things and I can't just relax. Very on edge and thinking again about a way out.

    Anxiety is dreadful :( I know this is said often but distractions are the best way to deal with this because it will pass. Even writing all your thoughts in a diary here or reading something 'safe' might help you hun :hug:

    No problem at all! Keep trying because it will pass, remember that :) These moments when you're feeling fear, panic, dread....make you stronger ....well that's what I tell myself and it helps! Big :hug: Watch some TV! A comedy or something, or even better watch the relaxation videos on youtube until it passes, that might make a big difference :)
