Lately I have been panicking, panicking about things and not being able to define what it is I am even panicking about, but I am panicking...constantly.

I don't think it matters anymore.

Hey it does matter. It sounds like you've got an anxiety disorder, you can get medication for that, or try things like deep breathing or go to therapy to find the root of the issue. It sounds horrible though, I hope you feel better soon.

Do you know what has been causing you to panic.

I have no way of dealing with this anymore. The panic is ruling my life, I seem to be becoming violent. The anxiety is associated with trauma and they can't treat that. Everyone around me has no idea how I feel on the inside. I have to avoid this misery while I can. No amount of psychology will change this shit.
Yes, I can't stick up for myself anymore. I give in...there's no reason to stand for being strapped into this system anymore.

This has been going on for too long. I'm sorry, but goodbye...

Just want to let you know you're not alone in this.
I have non-stop panic as well, and I am afraid to stick up for myself.
Since March I have been having, not panic attacks but, constant never ending panic. No one seems to understand it or get it.

You are not alone. At least know that. And pm me if you ever want to talk!
