    omg this is going to sound really weird but it works
    for my bday my mate got the the silver bullet vibrator from ann summers (never used it and never plan to lol)
    but i found out if you have period pains to turn it on so it vibrates and roll it over your tummy
    it relives the pain :)

    It helps because the uterus is a muscle. The best remedy I found was ibuprofen. When my daughter was 13 she told me that massaging the area behind the ankle bones worked too. I let her try it and it does work some. I love it when my kids teach me! :)
