I recommend watching dharma talks on YouTube by Zen master and Nobel peace laureate Thich nhat Hanh. He's regarded as the 'father of mindfulness' in the West. I find even his voice to be very calming

You have to learn the art of letting go of pain and fear laden thoughts of past and future by practicing mindfulness, and then to tenderly embrace your suffering with this energy.
