Simple game. Each takes a turn to write a sentence, but the catch is you must make it rhymes or at least every other lines. Thus creating a chained poem. Be creative and poetic!

    - The Sun may rise but the light can't pierce my darkened heart,

Really good! I would put 'darkened' though, not 'darken'. Another thing - Is the whole poem meant to rhyme every line at the end? It will be an odd poem then. I wish it could be every two lines or something.

    :)

    Lets see...

The Sun may rise but the light can't pierce my darkened heart.
Bleak shadows lie as their mist consumes my board of darts.

Would my life be oh so different if i had not made the mistakes i did?

Sorry I just want to add, I mistakenly thought that darken was wrong (grammar error), but it's actually okay. You can use either term, sorry. :hugtackles: Which do you prefer? Darken is fine. Up to you.

When are my dreams to be at hand and to be raised my name?

As the pages turn, is my life to end in a pool of sin?

When my dreams shall come to an end, who will recall my name?

A life can be taken or a bond broken, but my memories everlasting.

    Are themselves eternal anguish,
    Purgatory, cerebral flagelation,
Wrent anew by harrowing self inquisition.

We are taught to believe in God, but where is his faith in us?

Na it's really good, I'm glad you are brave enough to do that :), it's what I used to do before I got in major trouble...

Mayhaps a faith heartily ensured with fear of reprisal,
God loves us, but hates sin, it be said,
It also be said, that love be fleeting, and hate itself be sin.
