I am just curious as to how many people here are on medication or in therapy or are coping without any of those. I hope this isn't considered a personal question:hiding: hehe
I hope everyone is safe and well

Hun I'd have to say I fall into the both category and then some lol. I'm on 4 different med, see a pdoc and a mental health worker and attend a monthly support group. But unfortunately for all that effort, I still can not see a future or atleast one that I want to stick around for.

Seeing a psychologist at the moment. He's been pushing the idea of getting an assesment from a psychiatrist though, but I'm not sure if that would help.

I have a full bottle of risperdal and celexa in my drawer...
But I felt worse taking them than not. Two months taking them and nothing really changed.

I was supposed to see a therapist but don't really have the money. It would just be a waste anyways.

Two months of dealing with physchiatrist and physchologists and I am done with them, they were so useless!

I went to a therapist and it was a waste of time. I've never been to a psychiatrist and I don't think there is any medication that would help me, exactly.

I'm not doing either, meds or psych. I probably should start talking to someone, its just hard for me to make that first step. Just because I haven't doesn't mean I don't want or need the help.

    You need a both option.
