Posture and fat

Took a walk since someone stole my laundry time, played some Pokemon go. When I'm outside I look at myself in the windows to see my posture and how I look, it's not great. Bad case of the forward neck, posterior pelvic tilt and too much fat + too little muscle. But I can't do anything about it since it's not enough of a motivational factor to hit the gym. Should probably stop walking outside at all since I get very suicidal when I see attractive women, it's not my intention to die right now. I would like to see if I want to die less when I have some spending money from a job.

I go to the gym on weekends, hiking, and tai chi and still am very fat. I have a nutritionist and still has been very difficult to lose weight.

Not to be discouraging but I have money and still am fat.

I lost a lot of fat by not eating since I don't want to spend a lot of my parent's life support money on getting shredded. I look ok but my posture is bad. I actually think I have a mild case of dysmorphia, imagining that I have less muscle and more fat than I do.

Yes, but you can afford a shit ton of tasty protein, which is needed for muscle growth.
