Psych app in the NHS

I should have written this before. I've an appointment in the morning. And if anyone has any words of wisdom, what I can expect, how to get what I want, I'd appreciate it.

The doctor will go over your symptoms amongst other stuff. He or she will ask you some weird questions, those are for help with diagnosis. It will be a lot of questions, but after that they will tell what they think the diagnosis is and then discuss if meds are needed and what meds they think will work. Maybe it will be different though.

Well, you've already heard my exhaustive & comprehensive list (or thoughts) on the matter, from before.
So, I'll just bump this in the hopes that some who are even more familiar with the process over there can chime in.
And anyone else that might have some genuinely good ideas to help!
