I couldnt describe what having depression was like to people. so i ended up writing this. its kind of a three dimensional perspective. the audience, the pupeteer and then the puppet. the first is your emotional response, depression and the last is yourself as you continue with life empty, like a puppet.

    Its movements so real
    fluid and self assured
    convinced of its own reality
    it proceeds, it interacts
    embracing its pupeteer with ccontempt
    kidnapped by its grip
    it continues the charrade
    audience screams
    end the play
    end the play
but it has no mind, no self control
    masked and put to perform
    as the audience screams
    end the play
    end the play
