Has anybody here attempted to commit suicide as part of a delusion/psychotic episode? If so, were you able to actively prevent future suicide attempts (resulting from PEs) from occuring?

i never really explored if my suicide attempts were part of a delusion so i can't really offer any advice.

talk to your pdoc and maybe he/she can help you make a plan for keeping you safe next time.
