Quick need release

    I need some way to release the pain

    i tried to cut, but i still feel like hitting my head hard, i hit myself sometimes, what can i do to calm the urges

    :hug: ya. Hitting and cutting are not very good ways of distracting oneself. Can't you find some other way of release? Hit a punch bag maybe?

    I agree with Jani, hitting a punch bag would probably help!

    Or maybe try and release your pain through writing,poetry,art? :arms:

    hey,,sorry for the way you're feeling.

    the above suggestions are great. . . but distraction can be very difficult.
    for me it is running.
    i hope you find some way to avoid harming yourself. talk to us, lean on us. xxx

    I agree with the above...Get youself a heavy bag and punch the shit out of it..It's better than self harming.. Also exercise is suppose to be a great stress release.. Do you have a dog? Maybe set a couple of different times and take him/her for a long walk...
