Sometimes my scars are very noticeable and I'm wondering why and does this happen to anyone else? I have a few scars on my wrist and they aren't very noticeable unless you look closely but today I was taking off some hair bands and they were red. I know it wasn't the hair bands because I wear them all the time and they never really do that but this isn't the first time. Usually the redness goes away the next day but why? I hope I'm not alone on this

That happens to me too-I think it's just a matter of the temperature or something. Like when it's really cold, my scars go nearly purple! But it's not just you, it has to do with the way your skin reacts to things, like your nose turning red in the cold.

Pretty sure it has a lot to do with temperature. Generally speaking, the lower the temperature, the more apparent scars become.
