  1. Lost between nowhere and tomorrow
Hiding the way, the path to follow
    All avenues used up
    All answers looked up
    lead only to more fear
    Things unsure
    not certain of strength
    to face
    what’s still to endure
I’ve had some help and a rest,
    but I've yet to face
    so many great tests
    and I am still weak
    Reaching up,
    I finally touched bottom;
it was too far away before
And from bottom will I reach higher now
    I want to be strong,
    but know not how…
I need to remember it in these hours

I like it a lot. I hope you remember how to be strong, although I think you're amazingly strong already. Glad you're back.

  5. Thanks for your support. The panic attacks have significantly subsided with my stay in the hospital, but I still have this vague terror now that i am out as to what exactly to do next. There still seems to much to attend to that I feel I'm not ready for - plus I'm still getting used to all my new meds, monitoring my catheter and diabetes which seem like full time jobs all in themselves...

I'm glad I can express myself here...
