Really!!!!

I just got off the phone with the Sheriff's Office. Seems the man that is my youngest sons' dad is trying to elude them, me and the law. And he may get away with it!!! To boot he told them horrible lies about me and what was said at the case conference we had almost 2 years ago. Why can't ONE thing that is rightfully mine just be given to me? No more fighting long months in court with money I dont have to just end up walking away defeated again. Someone here very recently told me in a round about way that my pathetic existence is my doing. Really!!!!!!! I chose this???? I was lied to and abused but I chose this??? The man made many believable promises and they were ones I guess I needed to hear at the time so I believed. He literally walked away from me and his one year old son when playing daddy got boring. That was 2 years ago and nothing, not even a phone call, just one court appearance where he was "sentenced" to performing a DNA test. Nothing. I have been actively trying to get it to happen for 1 1/2 years now. Not a penny of support or even a phone call. No I did not chose this for me or my son. Just one fucking day please where I dont have to face some sort of fight, bad news or tragedy!!!!! I cant function anymore!!!!

Sorry to hear about what your going through. That guy seems pretty pathetic that he can walk away one day and return whenever he feels like it.

I can relate to this all to well. My mother is STILL fighting with money she doesn't have 7ish years later. to make matters worse the district attorney is a prick. I honestly hope you can nail him to the wall- don't give up. :hug:
