I'm in trouble, I am in the state of a relapse.

I am at uni, I've just had a 3 week christmas break, that period back home things were "ok", most likely in the knowledge that I would get to go try again for another semester with independence. However as I told my therapist a week ago, whilst I am ok relapse is a very real danger. Well that is now being lived.

The reason why is simple. I am alone. I have not spoke to a single human being today. I have uni 2 days a week, even then not for long, my evenings on those days are alone. Further triggered by a total breakdown in relationship by the only friends I did have, they don't go out now, not with me anyway.

I'm in trouble, I'm not due to speak to another human being until tuesday. No the internet isn't any good and no talking to a shop keeper isn't either. I have no meaningful social relationships and I don't see where they are going to come from. I'm financially broke so opportunities to do things are also limited. Then there's the kicker that my self esteem and confidence is so low now from being alone and rejected that to make any step towards meeting new people is a difficult task, one extremely hard to do both alone and without the perfect circumstances.

And so I am trapped and I am in trouble, my mind is now going to crumble. With that comes further dangers.

The relapse is here, is there any point in a life so fragile

try the internet thing anyway, find people who live near you, meet them, form bonds, appreciate the process, obv be safe about it but seems doable

if you are in the usa or maybe they have worldwide presence: try Meetup.com. It is groups of people who get together based on common interests. For example I have no hiking friends so I go with a Meetup group. It's gotten to the point I have friends in Meetup.
