We fell in love in an instant.
Our hopeless hearts grasped at the
    Chance of love and affection.
    Like infants we clinged onto
Each other for safety and protection
Our souls were tactless mad libs
    enjoying each other's unorganized
    Senseless direction.
I swear we would rolled around in each other love sick madness.
    But soon our habits,
    Made us distant.
    And in that vast space
You stood tall in your domain.
