I don't know if any of these are your style, but I find them to be relaxing:

Hans Zimmer and Lisa Gerrard - Now We Are Free

    Gui Boratto - Beautiful Life

From the Riverdance soundtrack (Bill Whelan):

    Home and the Heartland

    Lift the Wings

    Slip Into Spring

    The Heart's Cry

And finally, my personal favorite from the show - a song that I want played at my funeral -

    Caoineadh CĂș Chulainn (Lament)

I just listened to some of these Wolfie and they are wonderful...thanks so much...we have so many talented musicians here (thinking of one of my fav cellist) who maybe can also compose or play some either on our lists or of their own

I'm glad you liked them.

People are usually surprised to find that I like music like that, compared to some of my other music tastes. I wish I was more talented musically... I have some musical talent, but probably nowhere near the caliber that some others here have.

    * Also as a side note, forgot to mention that I've seen Riverdance performed live 3 times, and every time was incredible. I'm not really into musicals and stuff, but that show was worth every penny... if any of you ever get the chance to see it, go!! I highly recommend it, even if you think it wouldn't be your cup of tea. Very powerful show, very moving, very talented dancers and musicians.

I can see how that can be enjoyable, but I seem to have sensory issues and the loud tapping seemed too much for me...even on tele...glad you find things you enjoy...that is so important...and Oh Brother Where Art Thou was a movie I really loved, so I looked up Soggy Bottom Boys and A Man in Constant Sorrow...great song/great you usually like Blue Grass?

That was wonderful, Acy...I really needed it this jazzed to sleep, too tired to work...huge hugs, sweetie
