Removing read only programmes

For anyone who has ever downloaded something by accident or just want to remove a programme that says 'cannot delete in use, or read only'.

I had a programme with a trojan attached and couldn't delete half of it. Went to this site and downloaded the software moveonboot. Problem solved, it's brilliant
