I would fall in love with everyone who could paste some links with advices on how to "restart" life. :biggrin: My problem is self destruction. In past 3 years I went through self harm, smoking, drug abuse (mostly weed), sleeping less than 4 hours and eating unhealthy. I do also have minor, but "chronic" weight problems. I haven't cut for months and i this month it's 1st anniversary of giving up weed. Lately I have already improve some things to some point, like sleeping more and eating healthier but there is still SOOOO much to do, so good sites could be helpful. Thanks.
