I have no grip of myself at all. I have no grip of my surrounding world what so ever. I barely know the difference between myself and my surrounding world I can't tell what keeps us apart. my mind is like a rollercoaster. I feel rootless and lost in space. I have no sense of self or too much sense of self or no sense of self at all.

Have you thought about seeing your doctor about how you feel? These are intense feelings to be sure and I bet they can help or refer you to someone who can help you.
You sometimes have to be pro-active and make the effort to get your thinking back on track in these matters but we support you.

I have very bad experiences of doctors and psychologist in general. I can, without exaggerating, say that the ones I've met ruined my life. I'd never turn to health care / mental care again.
