I had what some would call a decent chat with my therapist today.

The scary part was - I went as far (and it just rolled off my tongue) as to say about my recent bout of ideation and research. And it wasn't as much as a "weight lifted off my shoulders" - it felt like I had spread the burden.

So I ended up going into work which did me a favour of distracting me. Another 6 hours of money earned.

Your therapist would not see it as a burden hun therapist would be honestly happy you trusted him or her enough to tell

Yeah - but now being told she's spoken to a doctor because of what I let slip - things aren't as "peachy" as they seem.. :?

When things like that are brought up it is natural to seek advice off a doctor for what could be a useful insight or advice into how to proceed with what you had brought up with her.
