    This will possibly tell how absolutely suicidal you are/can be & forget the damn ticket money, as if there werer no consequence holding you down.

    Being suicidal has nothing to do with wearing a seat belt. -_-
    I'm suicidal, and I wear my seat belt, want to know why?
    Because I don't want a ticket. It's like $300 that I don't have.
    Just wear your damn seatbelt.
  4. Several years ago, a friend of mine told me that if a passenger is disabled and cannot buckle a seatbelt, then they legally don't have to wear a seatbelt. I am not certain if that is true or false, though I don't wear a seatbelt, yet my mother has never been ticketed because of it.

    Actually the closest I've ever come to dying is when a malfunctioning automatic seatbelt nearly strangled me, so the question should be the other way round. :tongue:
