seems so easy

    it seems so easy to just kill myself what is harder is living through it
    i guess i don't have the guts too

    I know that exact feeling.
    It's so hard living a life of misery.
    It's even harder knowing that you're unable to end your own life.

    I think the best thing to do is go through the motions and maybe things will change.
    The is always that possibility.
    I hope you feel better soon.

    Sorry that I'm not the most helpful person.
    I just don't like filling your head with 'bullshit'.

    Things do get better, but I'm not going to sugar coat it.

    i hear voices am on medication for them but of late the medication has been reduced because they make me sleepy ( id rather be sleepy than be like this )
    the voices tell me that i must die they also tell me to cut and stuff
    am just so tired of fighting them all the time

    Hi Reaper,

    I personally believe it takes more courage to stay alive than to die. Like the above poster said; the easier option isn't always whats best.
    Please go back to your doctor and explain what you're feeling and how the voices are affecting you. There is always hope! :hug:

    i talked to my dr the other day i have to wait until January to see my psych before they will do anything to change my meds i cant hold on for that long

    I feel like im in the same boat as u - waiting for a referal for cgt but cant wait much longer

    maybe go to ER and tell them you are suicidal and then you may get immediate help...
    don't give up.
