    Watching my memories slip away
    of times past, so perfect
    dreaming of the months gone
of which will never be again

spending each day in a lucid dream of pain
    desperatly wishing to wake
    but knowing, it's reality
    silently screaming

    isolated in my own prison
    bars of misery and despair
I sleep on a bed of false hope
hard as the harsh reality of life

Touched not, by the outside world
but constantly tormented by my own self
uncertainty as far as my eyes can see
My fingers bleed from desperatly digging for answers

no possibility of returning to that time
the tears run tracks down my face
as if to erase me, to wash myself away
I wish they would just take me.

this ones really messy and I'm not sure if I like it, but I like some of the imagry in it.
