Silence seems so loud at times
    Screaming in your ears
    Can overwhelm your senses
    Play upon your fears
If you sit, let it drip
    Seep into and through you
Let the quiet come to play
    Feel the calm consume you
Listen to what your senses say
Dont let your past undo you
    Memories fight
    Sensations' plight
    Just close your eyes
    Let bygones die
Release your hurt into the night
    Let quiet calm renew you...

That was another great poem! You are too good, your feeligns and emotions tell the story all in themselves!
